Our support, dedicated to our business customers, is very important for our clients, because it helps them keeping updated their websites, and so supplying a professional service to their own clients.We supply 3 main support types: Web Hosting, Web site and Web application, Design and communication.
With our CMS solution, each custode can update and edit or insert material in his website, but mosto f our clients prefer us to keep it updated, in order to earn time and have the best graphic quality.
For example, with the Support we can:prepare and send a newsletter, l’support users, l’make the optimization, l’insert a product into a catologue, backup or make stats plans.
This kind of support is available with a Support contract. Several offers are available, according to the amount of hours, with a proportional price/hour: the more hours you buy, the lowest price/hour you get. These offers per hour don't expire in 1 year, they are valid until the end of the hours.
We don't suggest to use these Support offers for important works, like inserting new utilities, or the website restyling, in these cases it's better a detailed offer.
Service control
- For the user of our CMS solution: from the admin area it's possible sanding some support request tickets, controlling the work flow, getting PDF detailed reports, keeping an intervents archive, and controlling the used hours and the left ones.
- For a customer who doesn't have our CMS solution: the intervent request will be sent by e-mail, and the reports will be sent by e-mail as well.
